The following applications are required to perform a full build:
	php 	 - Any version
	txt2tags - 2.x or higher
	cunit	 - 1.x series 

This software will only work on Linux, or any platform which supports the
'inotify' interfaces present in Linux.

To build run:

	# make

There is presently no installation procedure.
